To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer flexible returns, cancellations, and refunds as outlined in this Refund Policy (“Policy”). By using our platforms, you agree to abide by this Policy.

CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP

This Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Company and the User(s) purchasing products and/or services (“Services”). It supersedes prior agreements with you.

ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using our platforms, you agree to comply with this Policy. Users under 18 years must use the platforms under the supervision of an adult. If using the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept this Policy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

• Most items are returnable within 10 calendar days.
• Items with defects, physical damage, missing parts, or incorrect descriptions must be reported within 1
calendar day.
• Non-compatible items may be returned if unused and in original condition.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

• The return request must be raised within the applicable return window.
• The product must be in its original condition, with packaging, MRP tag, accessories, warranty card, and
manuals intact.
• The product must not be damaged while in your possession.
• For damaged products, you must submit an unboxing video and images within 1 day of delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Certain products cannot be returned due to their nature, usage, or other considerations. These include:
• Fluids & Lubricants: Engine oils, compressor oils, transmission fluids, coolants.
• Electronic Components: Sensors, control units, resistors, amplifiers, GPS trackers, LED bulbs.
• Other Items: Wiper blades, brake fluids, stickers, body covers, air fresheners.
For defective non-returnable products, report the issue within 1 calendar day.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Initiate returns via the “My Order” section.
2. Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3. Share unboxing and repacking videos for verification.
4. For manufacturing defects, obtain an inspection report from an authorized service center.
5. The final decision on defects will be taken by Agrokart and the supplier.
6. Customers may need to self-ship the product using India Post if return pickup is unavailable.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REFUND

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after approval.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
• No refunds to third-party accounts or in cash/kind.
• Contact your bank if the refund does not reflect within the specified timeframe.

SHIPPING COST & SERVICE CHARGE

Shipping and convenience fees are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
• Damaged product received (as per return conditions).
• Defective product.
• Incorrect catalog information led to an incompatible purchase.
• Order cancellation before shipping.
• Undelivered or lost items (excluding incorrect addresses provided by the customer).

• Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
• Cancellations due to delivery delays will be refunded within:
– 1 business day (online payments)
– 5-6 business days (other payment methods)
